  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
  6. Press the dough into a rectangle shape on the baking sheet. Cover it and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Make dimples in the dough with your fingers and sprinkle fresh rosemary and coarse sea salt on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the focaccia is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  9. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
