Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized cauliflower head

Instructions

  4. Place the cooled cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  5. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it resembles fine crumbs.
  6. Transfer the cauliflower crumbs to a clean, dry kitchen towel and squeeze out any remaining moisture.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower crumbs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
  9. Place parchment paper on a pizza peel or another baking sheet, and lightly grease it.
  10. Spread the cauliflower dough onto the parchment paper, forming a pizza crust shape.
  11. Transfer the parchment paper with the crust onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven.
  12. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm.
  13. Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
  14. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
