  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers)


  1. Start by making the pizza dough. In a bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
  2. Add the salt, olive oil, and flour to the yeast mixture. Knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic. Cover it and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Divide the dough into two portions and roll them out into pizza crusts on a floured surface.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over each crust and add your desired toppings. Don’t forget the cheese!
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
