Instructions

  3. Remove the dough from the food processor, shape it into a disc, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to fit a tart pan. Press the dough into the tart pan and trim any excess.
  6. Spread a layer of lemon curd over the bottom of the tart crust.
