  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, olive oil, and salt. Add the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, then place it in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it in half. Roll out each half into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  5. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Arrange the fresh mozzarella slices on top of the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
