- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- Add the sugar and egg yolk, then pulse again. Gradually add ice water until the dough comes together.
- Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
