  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  9. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. Once cooled, frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting and decorate with colorful sprinkles.
