  4. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by crimping with your fingers. Continue until all dumplings are filled.
  5. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat. Place the dumplings in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  6. Then, add water to the pan and cover to steam the dumplings until the filling is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.
