Instructions

  3. Stir in the kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to “Sealing.”
  5. Press the “Manual” button and set the timer for 20 minutes on high pressure.
  6. Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before switching the valve to “Venting” to release any remaining pressure.
  7. Open the lid carefully and serve your Instant Pot chili hot, garnished with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
