About the role :
As Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing the best service for majoopreneurs as well as handling and resolving customer problems through various majoo channels.
What you will need :
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service/ Call Center
- Profound orientation both to customer and to target
- Eloquent communication skill
- High willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate basic Ms. Excel, Google Spreadsheet and Power Point
What you will do :
- Providing the best service for majoopreneurs
- Handling and solving customer problems through various majoo channels
- Communicating customer experiences and feedback regarding products to related teams
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by meeting predetermined targets
- Collecting customer complaint information from various majoo channels
