Job Description
The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources policies, practices, and processes. As an HR Lead, he/ she manages all HR functions in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. He/ she shall also provide leadership and people advice to the business and school leaders in Invictus International School Jakarta and its Head Office, Sing-Ed Global Schoolhouse.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and compensation and benefits programmes aligned with the company’s mission and business objectives
- Oversee the delivery of recruitment and drive retention programmes
- Drive high-performance teams with a robust performance management system
- Provide advice and people solutions to managers in HR-related matters
- Promote good employee relations, enhance employee bonding, and nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee the day-to-day HR operations
- Review and streamline work processes to improve productivity and efficiency
- Responsible for all internal and external HR audit activities
- Liaise with agencies, outsourced vendors, and government bodies
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or in a related field
- Well-versed in local HR regulations and HR best practices
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with a proven track record in managing an HR team efficiently
- Prior HR regional experience will be advantageous
- Experience in the international school/ education industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
