One-Pan Cheesy Garlic Bread

A mouthwatering recipe for One-Pan Cheesy Garlic Bread that’s quick and easy to make. This cheesy, garlic-infused bread is the perfect side dish for any meal.


  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the bread, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle fresh parsley on top, and let it cool slightly.
