One-Pan Cheesy Garlic Bread
A mouthwatering recipe for One-Pan Cheesy Garlic Bread that’s quick and easy to make. This cheesy, garlic-infused bread is the perfect side dish for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the bread, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle fresh parsley on top, and let it cool slightly.
