  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until it’s no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the diced carrots and bell peppers, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Add the frozen peas and diced pineapple, stir-frying for another 2 minutes.
  6. Push the ingredients to one side of the skillet and add the cooked rice to the other side.
  7. Drizzle the soy sauce and oyster sauce over the rice and toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the rice to crisp up slightly.
  10. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
