Ingredients

  • 1 lb firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.

  4. Combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water in a bowl to make the sauce.
