Instructions

  4. Wet your hands to prevent the rice from sticking and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving about half an inch of nori uncovered at the top.
  5. Arrange thin slices of fish, cucumber, and avocado in the center of the rice.
  6. Gently lift the bamboo mat’s edge and start rolling the nori, rice, and fillings tightly, using the mat to shape the sushi into a roll.
  7. Use a sharp knife to slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
