Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground turkey
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup of snap peas, trimmed
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Remove the turkey from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
  5. Return the cooked turkey to the skillet and add the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
