  • 1 pound of thinly sliced beef
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • Cooked rice for serving


  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until it’s browned and cooked through. Remove it from the pan and set it aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sliced onions. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  4. Add the red and green bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Return the cooked beef to the pan.
  6. In a bowl, mix together the Korean BBQ sauce, soy sauce, gochugaru, honey, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the beef and vegetables in the pan.
  7. Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce coats the beef and vegetables evenly.
