  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, diced onions, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff each bell pepper with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
  8. Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly, and serve hot.
