Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 2 cups of water

  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
