Instructions

  2. Place a bamboo sushi rolling mat on a clean surface and cover it with plastic wrap.

  4. Wet your hands and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  5. Arrange the salmon, tuna, avocado, cucumber, and pickled ginger in the center of the rice.
  6. Roll up the nori sheet tightly, using the bamboo mat to help you, and seal the edge with a bit of water.
  7. Slice the sushi burrito into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Mix soy sauce, wasabi, and mayonnaise for dipping sauce.
