  2. Add the pork pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Add the garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
